1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Taketasks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We offer website development, SEO, and virtual assistant services. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal for each project.

3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information and timely feedback.
• Supply any branding assets, content, or access credentials as needed.
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.

4. Fees & Payment

• Fees are quoted per project or on a recurring basis for SEO and virtual assistant services.
• Unless otherwise stated, a 50% deposit is due upon project commencement; balance due upon delivery.
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (website code, content, designs).
• We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• We warrant our services will be performed professionally.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with 14 days’ written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
